We have paved lots and concrete slabs.  You can be a permanent resident or shortterm visitor.  You can pay daily, weekly, monthly or bi-annually.

Although they are small they have the advantage of a small lot rate, with the advancements in Park Model designs there are now 2 story Models available and you still pay the lower lot rate.
